Dear Lisa, good afternoon, We thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are sorry to read that our hotel and our wonderful beach didn’t meet with your expectations. We would have liked to show you the real magic of the beach & the reef surrounding our hotel. Did you know that Blue-Bay has been voted among the 21 most beautiful beaches in the world ? We actually own this award to the volcano rocks that protect millions of fish and that preserve our coral reef; indeed, due to global warming; 40% of the coral reef died in Mauritius, but in Blue-Bay 80% of our corals are still alive and we feel really proud about of it. It is a free-aquarium that you can explore on the unique marine park of Blue Bay. Furthermore, our hotel has just been renovated for nearly 1 year & reopened in November 2015; it is possible to find signs of wear, but be sure that we are constantly working in order to maintain its condition. We are pleased that you find everything that you needed in your room and that you enjoyed our wine selection We are taking good note of your remarks concerning our food selection and our proposed activities and we will do our best to improve it, in order to always offer a better experience to our guests. We are a bit confused about your remark concerning our reception team, because we have always received good remarks about our staff which we consider as our biggest asset. Nevertheless, be sure that we will talk with our team about your complaints in order to avoid these issues completely. We regret that you have not been able to enjoy your stay among us; but we hope to welcome you again so as to show you our hotel from a different perspective.
