IMPORTANT; Please accept my sincerest apologies that your room did not satisfy your specific needs. In my WELCOME LETTER in your room, I encourage you, our valued guest, to bring any issues or concerns to our immediate attention for corrective action. Please take note; All our 62 Standard Rooms have been renovated with NEW: Remote control air-conditioner/heater, large laptop safe, curtains, extra-large duvets, extra-long queen size bed (double rooms), mirrors, lights, glass shower screen...Currently, our standard rooms en-suites with baths are being fully renovated. On May 1 2016, 8 brand new contemporary DELUXE ROOMS were launched on our top/3rd floor; these DELUXE ROOMS feature a higher rack rate compared to our standard rooms (twin & double). I hope and trust that the above information provides you with a new perception on our award winning hotel. Our four star hotel is well supported by both the international self-drive and tour group markets. Your support is greatly valued and your feedback much appreciated.
