Egal an welchem Platz im Hotel: Überall sieht man die Liebe zum Detail. Das Lux Grand Baie ist sehr modern und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und zuvorkommen. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Vom Roomservice bis hin zur Küche, hier stimmt einfach alles. Egal was man braucht, man bekommt es. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass sich eine Hotelkette so gut um seine Gäste kümmert.
