Personal ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend, selbst wenn man die Sprache nicht gut versteht. Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und doch sehr nah am Zentrum. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Verpflegung/Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und sehr reichhaltig. Restaurants im Hotel können auch kurzfristig noch unkompliziert gebucht werden.
