Einrichtung eher veraltet könnte man einiges verbessern. Zimmerreinigung ist katastrophal manche Stellen sehr schmutzig.
Das Zimmer hatte zwei Doppelbetten 1 Kommode 1Fernseher 1 Kühlschrank Klimaanlage war sehr laut.
Es war schon mehr Auswahl da. Eigentlich immer das gleiche. Die Atmosphäre am Wochenende katastrophal und sehr laut. Die Einheimischen vielen über das Buffet her so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt.
Das Personal ist super mit einigen Ausnahmen. Am Wochenende waren allerdings total überfordert.
Die Lage vom Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Anfahrt zum Hotel privat 20 Minuten. Ausflugsziel direkt nach puerta plata kurzer Weg.

Fitness haben wir nicht genutzt Wellness haben wir auch nicht genutzt. Animation war sehr gut wird von Mosqito geleitet, immer tolles Programm. Er weiss was dem Publikum gefällt.
