Wir hatten allinclusiv (the level) gebucht und waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Einmaliger Service und unbezahlbares Personal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obwohl das alter des Zimmer nicht ohne Spuren vorbei ging, war es Sauber und das ist für uns wichtig. Wir hatten als the Level Gast einen Pool vor unserem Zimmer. Fernseher, MiniBar (als the Level Gast waren die Getränke inklusive) eine Kabsel Kaffeemaschine (mit 4 verschiedene Kaffeerichtungen) und einen Heisswasserkocher (mit diversen Teesorten), Föhn und Schampoo, Dusch-Gel, Conditioner, Bodycream
Mit ausnahme des Japanischen Restaurant, genossen wir alle Gastrobetriebe im Resort. Super Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Ein reichhaltiges Morgenbuffet und ebenso im El Patio ein Dinner Buffett ohne das wir etwas vermisst hatten. Das El Patio konnte am Abend etwas lärmig sein, da häufig auch Familien mit Kinder und/oder Gruppen von Erwachsenen, welche auch nicht leise waren. Doch die übrigen Restaurant war lieblich eingerichtet und ruhig.
Gratis Zimmerservice rund um die Uhr. Der Zimmer"boy" und das Zimmermädchen machten eine super Arbeit. Telefonische Bestellungen und Reservierungen immer zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Als the Level Gast hatten wir einen separierten In- und Checkout.
Direkt am Strand, mit the Level, eigener Strandabschnitt, eigener Pool, ruhig und ohne Kindergekreische. So richtig zum Entspannen. Ebenso Pool vor unserem Zimmer.
