`Ein schönes, gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider gibt es Gäste die für das Personal durch ihr Verhalten sehr viel Arbeit verursachen - leere gläser bzw. Plastikflaschen werden einfach am Pool oder am Strand hinterlassen. Leider wird weder vom Personal noch von TUI Mitarbeiter vor Ort kaum deutsch gesprochen. Da meine Englischkenntnisse sehr dürftig sind ist es ein Problem für mich gewesen. Die Unterhaltung am Abend könnte auch etwas lebhafter sein. Ansonsten ist es ein super Urlaub mit sehr tollen Freizeitaktivitäten gewesen. Sind schon 7 mal auf Sal gewesen und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal
