Thank you so much for taking the time to report your impressions about our resort. I am pleased to learn that you enjoyed our fantastic beach as well as the comfort of our Garden suite. However it is disappointing to know that you experience here only reflected in a 4 star review. Please, accept our apologies because we were not able to deliver the great expectation that you rightfully deserve from Meliá Las Américas. We take good note of your suggestions for improvements on our services. We work every day to improve our food variety and quality, as we know this is one of the main aspects vacationers value during their stay.
