Sehr schönes und komfortables Hotel. Die Poollandschaft und der Strand, wenn auch nicht unmittelbar am Hotel, aber durch Shuttle Service erreichbar, sind sehr schön. Very nice and comfortable hotel. The pool area and the beach, although not directly at the hotel, but accessible by shuttle service, are very nice.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere möchte ich mich für die sehr guten Empfehlungen/Unterstützungen von Frau Houaida, guest relation executive, bedanken. Sie ist stets hilfsbereit und auch bei stressigen Anfragen/Situationen äußerst freundlich und kompetent gewesen. Durch ihr Lächeln trug sie täglich dazu bei, mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl zu fühlen. Danke :-) The staff is very friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to thank Ms. Houaida, guest relation executive, for the very good recommendations / support. She is always helpful and has been extremely friendly and competent even with stressful inquiries / situations. With her smile, she helped make me feel very comfortable in the hotel every day.
