Dear Google Guide, Dear Rainer, first of all we apologise if your experience with us was not satisfactory. You have recently published illegal pictures in Google and we have already written our reply: the courtyard is shared with the neighbour building and does not belong entirely to the hotel. The administration of the building is working to reinstate courtyard's pavement, this means that the hotel cannot be considered responsible for its status. It is a shared area of a private property not the garbage place and must not be object of publication or reviews on ANY Monti Palace Hotel's profile. In fact you have been invited to remove immediately the pictures as their retract private apartments not only hotel rooms. Same consideration applies to Zia Rosetta Restaurant which shared the courtyard with us: however bread perfum is delicious but maybe you did not like it. All the vases in the Rooftop are placed leaving spaces to leadmire the fantastic landmarks and strategically laid where guests and children could not peer dangerously. Showers corner are all protected with grey silicone, obviously it gets darker with time, there are also white non slippery stripes: is not filthy!
