Das Buffet wiederholt sich massiv, wird nicht heiss gehalten und geschmacklich auf Kantinenniveau. Das Gemuse ist regelmässig zerkocht. Statt Coke gibt es Pepsi, der reguläre Kaffee riecht übel und die Mocktails sind fade. Das Lunchpaket beim Checkout ist unterirdisch. Die Rezeption empfiehlt einen Fahrservice nach Antalya für 110 Euro. Animation für Erwachsene gibt es in der Regel nur abends ab 21.30 Uhr. Der Outdoorpool ist im Dezember nicht beheizt, die Aussenbereiche nicht aktiv.
