Dear Anton, Thank you for taking time to share your recent experience at Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel. I am disappointed that the resort did not rise to your expectations. I would have appreciated to receive your comments on food during your stay with us as our Chef would have been so pleased to cater tailor-made dishes for you. I apologise for the cleanliness of the rooms but rest assured that this does not reflect our usual standard. I will personally follow up with this issue.
