Dear Mr. Christoph, Let me take this opportunity to thank you for choosing Park Inn by Radisson Hotel for your stay in Bucharest and for taking the time to share your feedback with your fellow travelers. I am really glad that you enjoyed our World Class facilities and our central location very close to the old town and to the most important touristic attractions in Bucharest. I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you have experienced in regards to the attitude of the staff. We are aware of the importance of our staff’s attitude and we consider our team the heart of the business. Therefore we permanently invest in training - as an example no employee starts his activity in the hotel before attending the “Yes, I can!” training, during which he learns about and how to implement the right attitude towards our guests and also to his daily activity.
