Aus DeutschlandSehr schönes Hotel mit grossen Zimmern. Leider reinigen die Zimmermädchen trotz Trinkgeld nicht richtig, ob Spinnengewebe in den Ecken oder zerschlagene Mücken an den Wänden. Leider hatten wir abends auch immer Besuch im Badezimmer von kleinen Kakerlaken. Die Freundlichkeit des Personal lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Leider nur 6 die wirklich bemüht sind. Was ziemlich nervt ist das in 14 Tagen 6 mal die Codekarte den Zugang zum Zimmer nicht akzeptierte. Also zurück zum Empfang und Karte wieder freischalten lasse.
Sehr nah am Strand und der Stadt Varadero. Es fährt für 5€ Der Bus einen hin und her, so oft wie man möchte, sehr vorbildlich.
