Dear Sir, thanks for your feedback, actually we are very sorry for your comments and we apologize. We feel very sad when we receive negative comments only after the stay of the clients. This is because we are not given the opportunity to act promptly in order to improve immediately the clients' stay. If you had informed us immediately of the problem we would have proceeded to clean up the apartment again or even better to make an apartment change. Concerning the pool area we never received a comment about yellow stains on the water before so far. Usually our clients always say that our Pool Area is beautiful and relaxing.
