Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, allerdings vom Strand getrennt durch die sehr befahrene Verbindungsstraße von Athen nach Piräus. Straßenbahnstation direkt ins Zentrum oder nach Piräus und in die andere Richtung zu den Strandorten Glyfada und Voula direkt gegenüber dem Hotel, Flughafenbus hält vor dem Hotel.
