Die große, wunderschöne und liebevoll gestaltete Anlage bietet sowohl den idealen Rahmen für sportliche Aus- und Weiterbildung als auch zum ruhigen Entspannen. Zur Verfügung stehen zahlreiche Verweiloasen im Grünen, ein Endlospool, Kutschfahrten nach Wunsch und täglich mehrere Reitmöglichkeiten. Sowohl gemütliche Geländeritte als auch Polostunden mit professionellen Spielern wurden beliebig oft angeboten. Täglich fanden Trainingsspiele statt, während meines Besuchs in der Hauptsaison wurden auch häufig Turniere veranstaltet. So packt einen schnell die Motivation, diesen schnellen und aufregenden Sport selbst einmal auszuprobieren. Das Hotel mit 10 individuell gestalteten Zimmern bietet exzellenten Service und eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Das Essen ist viel zu lecker! Die Reithosen haben bei mir nach dem Urlaub etwas gezwickt... Zum 3-Gang Mittag- und Abendessen kamen immer alle Gäste an einen großen Tisch und es wurde viel erzählt. Das internationale und vielsprachige Personal ist sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause. Für einen Shoppingbummel im nächstgelegenen Örtchen Canuelas oder in der Hauptstadt Buenos Aires wurden von der Rezeption verschiedene Transportmöglichkeiten organisiert, sodass ich mit meinem mageren Spanisch gut zurecht gekommen bin. Mein Aufenthalt auf der Estancia ging viel zu schnell vorbei und ich komme gerne wieder! Es war für mich die ideale Möglichkeit, Polo und Mate (!) auszuprobieren und das ländliche Argentinien zu erkunden. Wenn Sie sich nicht entscheiden können, welche Farm es sein soll, wählen Sie diese! The stunningly beautiful and carefully designed Estancia is ideal for both relaxation as well as excercise and betterment in polo. There's a little lake with an island you can walk on, there's an infinity pool that cools you off and there are numerous inviting little hangout spots in the green. I enjoyed the well-trained horses a lot, riding and carriage rides were organized multiple times a day. Depending on other guest's and my riding level, we sometimes went on chilled countryside rides or tried hitting a few balls, which was a lot of fun. The Polo Club organized training games for beginners and professionals almost every day. I went on holiday in Argentina in the European winter, which is their main season, so they had lots of professional tournaments going on. So I got to watch some "real polo" and was soon motivated to try this fast, thrilling sport myself. The nobel 10-room-hotel had excellent service and a high-quality interior. The food was way too good!! Breakfast was buffet-style, but the 3-course lunch and dinner were served on a big table, where all guests sat together to talk. The international and muli-lingual staff is lovely and very open and made me feel at home. They were also very helpful when it came to organizing transportation to the Capital or little villages nearby. My Spanish is very weak, so they were a big help! My stay in Puesto Viejo went by too fast and I would love to come back! It was perfect for me to try some polo and mate(!) and explore the urban Argentina.
