Good Hotel for a good value. Very nice staff, that always helps also the desk is with personnel 24hrs. If you don't live in the Basement it is perfect for conferences and city visits. Good Pizza 5min away. Close to the tram station Grand Parc, which is nice.

I lived in the basement and there was a moldy smell. When I first turned on the shower the whole floor was wet and one could see that this is sth happens more frequently - bcs there was rust and a little mold. Overall it was clean but I wouldn't eat from that floor. Didn't use the kitchen but seemed okish.
