Wir waren hier als Teil einer Kenia Safari-Reise. Die 3-4 Nächte am Anfang bzw. Ende des Trips waren sehr entspannend. Viel länger wäre wir aber ungern hier geblieben.
Für Kenianische Standards sind die Zimmer gut und sogar mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Größe ist auch sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Bad ist recht geräumig, jedoch kann die Dusche manchmal rumzicken bzw die Temperatur nicht halten.
Das Buffet wird nach einigen Tagen sehr monoton, trotz recht großer Auswahl. Gemüse ist super, Fleisch meist zu zäh. Sogar eine Vielzahl von alkoholischen Getränken ist kostenlos im All Inclusive enthalten.
Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht aber doch recht schnell überfordert. Deutsch wird nicht von allen gesprochen, Englisch hingegen klappt meist gut.
Leider trotz der kurzen Entfernung doch ein recht langer Weg vom Flughafen Mombasa (ca. 2h). Der Strand ist allerdings echt schön und auch drumherum fühlt man sich sicher, wobei es doch nichts wirklich direkt außerhalb des Resorts zu tuen gibt.

Es werden nette Touren Angeboten. Die 80€ Schnorchel Tour mit Delfinen, Mittagessen etc. soll sehr schön sein. Auch das kostenlose Angebot im Hotel von den Animateuren und Artisten ist nett.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to share feedback of your recent stay with us. The Team and I appreciate that you have included several positive aspects of your stay at The Resort. We are pleased to read that your most of your expectations were met where the rooms were nice, room size was large, room equipment was good, bathroom was specious that you were impressed by the friendly staff. I am happy to report that the government has began construction of a bypass road from Mombasa to Kwale County which, when complete, will reduce travel time from Mombasa Airport to 45 minutes, without having to use the ferry. In addition to this, the Diani airstrip has recently been upgraded to Airport status and this has seen an increase in airlines and frequency of flights into Diani. We encourage our guests to use this option as the journey to the Resort, from Diani Airport, is only 30 minutes. I consulted the Team regarding the areas where we were below your expectations and indeed our own standards. We make no excuses for the tough meat, which our Head Chef Maulidi has taken full responsibility about it. I would like to assure you that this is simply not our standard and on behalf of the Team, I wish to express my sincerest apologies.
