Sehr guter Service, Stromausfall sehr selten und nur kurz. WLAN langsam aber ok. Essen gute und große Auswahl. Essenszeitfenster sehr großzügig, auch nachmittags Pancakes u.a. ergänzend. Schwimmen im Meer direkt vor dem Hotel sehr gut wenn man bei Hochwasserstand schwimmt. Sicherheit gut. Shops gut erreichbar (Ukunda, ca. hin- und zurück KSH 4.000). Flughafen Ukunda nur 20 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, Flüge von Nairobi. Waren bereits das 2. Mal in dem Hotel (mit Kindern 2-10 Jahre alt).
2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür gut buchbar (im Erdgeschoss), kaum Kleintiere / Ungeziefer.
Wenn Hotel voll belegt manchmal kurzzeitig bestimmte Essensauswahl alle. Auswahl aber sehr groß und auch täglich teilweise wechselnd.
sehr nett und auch zügig. Halfen auch sehr gut betr. Taxi-Organisation / Medikamente kaufen für Krankheit Kinder.
sehr großer Pool, Meer nur rund 50m entfernt (bewacht, Beach-Boys ok, nicht zu aufdringlich)

The Team and I are pleased that you have taken the time to share nearly every aspect of your visit. It is always great to read reviews that are objective and helpful both to us and other readers. I am happy to report that the government has began construction of a bypass road from Mombasa to Kwale County which, when complete, will reduce travel time from Mombasa Airport to 45 minutes, without having to use the ferry. In addition to this, the Diani airstrip has recently been upgraded to Airport status and this has seen an increase in airlines and frequency of flights into Diani. We encourage our guests to use this option as the journey to the Resort, from Diani Airport, is only 30minutes. I am especially grateful for your positive comments about the the level of service and specifically your comments about the Team.
