Dear Guest, Thank you for taking time to write a review of your recent stay at Amani Tiwi Beach Resort. The entire Team members are always eager to receive feedback from our guests. Our room size, Amani finishes and bathroom size/design are very popular with most of our guests. We have taken great care to ensure that the floor finishes are of very high quality and most importantly, we do make sure on daily basis all guests rooms are cleaned once and all linen changed while this process is done we also have checks from our floor supervisors and executive housekeeper on the same to make sure nothing has been forgotten. I am concerned about your comments on the Hotel location, Animation programme, restaurants and bars with monotonous food. Our Executive Chef, is re-knowed for his dishes and I would be interested to receive specifics of what you felt was not right with specific dates during your stay as we do have different theme nights on a daily basis. We are always looking to improve and your feedback will help. Diani Beach has been voted; Best Beach Destination In Africa, for the last 4 years. Amani Tiwi Beach shares in this recognition, while acknowledging that some parts of Diani may be better than others. Am equally puzzled by your statement that the Manager never came back to you while myself, the General Manager and both of you met at Peponi Bar and the General Manager offered a free All Inclusive upgrade for both of you for the rest of your stay from being on Half Board basis, you were also offered a free upgrade to Suite from the normal standard room you had booked, that evening you were again offered a free beach dinner for 2 pax. I was the Manager on duty that evening and I do remember checking on you while you were having your dinner at the beach and you both confirmed to me that the suite and the dinner was very good and all was well. I also do remember going with you to your previous room no 3306 to confirm your grievances and we found that the room was very clean and it was only a permanent spot at the tile near the bathroom door which you had thought was a dead insect. On your check out day the management offered a free late check out up to 14.00 hrs. We hope that your frequent visits to the Diani will continue and that you carry good memories of the destination with you. I take this opportunity to wish you a great 2019. Thomas Front Office Manager
