Riviera Spa Resort - Adults Only

Dear Madam Bettina, We are saddened that you didn't have a good experience with us at Labranda Riviera hotel and spa. A few staff members speak German and daily we have the Representative Maria or Jean who are fluent in various languages German, French and more.They are in the hotel at 9 onwards. Also you could of course have approached me and I would have made sure to call someone fluent in German or use Google translate as I normally do when I am stuck. Sometimes its a funny situation and we all end up laughing :). As for your land view this is most probably infact I am sure that you would have booked a land view and not any other view like a pool or sea view but again Ms Bettina with respect you could have come to me or a staff member and we would have tried to please you and offer you an upgrade at a small difference in price every night ..and also regarding the packed lunch as you missed dinner ,I would have Offred you a lunch on your departure date.
