Riviera Spa Resort - Adults Only

Dear Mr Ich, We are very saddened to learn you had a bad experience with us as this is not normal for us as you can read in reviews sent in especially in the past 3 months. Allow me to explain if I may about the various issues you encountered. Construction was done unexpectedly by the government as they were arranging the boat jetty which transports people to the very small island with clear seas the blue lagoon Comino. Wish we could have done something but when its government one knows its useless trying ( which we did) for them to be quiet and prudent whilst works in progress.. As far as reception goes you must have been the unlucky ones as we always have 3 receptionists and when really quiet 2 only .What probably happened was that member of staff needed the bathroom like most of us do however we are sorry you were not served well. As far as the hotel goes I cant lie yes it is far but so much one can do ,like cross over to Gozo our sister Island and go back in time roughly about 20 years and Mellieha village only 10 minutes away were one finds shops ,cafes, restaurants ,post office ,pharmacies etc. The restaurant staff are very nice members of staff but could be they were under pressure but I agree if in this business you must smile. All the points mentioned will be reviewed and discussed with the relevant departments..
