Dear Ms Ingrid, We thank you firstly for finding the time to write a review . We do apologise for the restaurant hiccup we had and are very aware of the situation.The problem was that we had many staff members on sick leave and therefore the operation got a bit tough and overwhelming for the staff with the amount of guests that were in for breakfast all at the same time.Once again our apologies. As regards to dogs we as management assure you that from now on no dogs are allowed any more, and As i say in my previous many comments we take reviews very seriously for the benefit of all our guests.
