Meine Erfahrung mit den Zahlungsmethoden im Royal Zanzibar Beach Hotel waren leider enttäuschend. Beim Check-in wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt, dass bei Zahlungen mit Kreditkarte zusätzliche 5% berechnet werden. Weder der Reiseveranstalter hat mir das mitgeteilt, noch andere Hotels in Zanzibar oder Kenia wo ich war, haben solche Gebühren erhoben. Ich persönlich empfinde dies als Unangemessen. Es ist wichtig, dass solche Informationen transparent kommuniziert werden, um Missverständnisse und negative Überraschungen vermeiden. My experience with the payment methods at the Royal Zanzibar Beach Hotel was unfortunately disappointing. During check-in, I was not informed that an additional 5% would be charged for credit card payments. Neither the tour operator nor other hotels in Zanzibar or Kenya, where I have stayed, imposed such fees. Personally, I find this to be inappropriate. It is important for such information to be communicated transparently to avoid misunderstandings and negative surprises.

I understand that such appreciation is related to the Credit Card charges requested at time of check out, when you resolve your extra billings of the stay. Such fee is related to bank charges levied on the hotel, and we are trying our level best to lower such with our bank institutions.
