You are right the San Pietro b & b is a bed-and-breakfast located in the center of Rome and not far from the Vatican City. When we receive reviews on low scores, we are always curious to read to understand where we can improve to make our guests' stay more enjoyable. In the case of your review we are convinced that we have used all the sweet ways to try and make your stay in Rome beautiful but you have behaved in a way that is not very correct towards us. I think that it is right to respond to everything you wrote because you said lies and I think your behavior with me is not right. a week before your arrival I contacted you to arrange a check-in time and you replied that your arrival in Rome was scheduled for 5.30pm. the day of your check-in you wrote me a message at 7pm and you told me you would arrive at 9pm. Do you think this is correct behavior towards me? I think your behavior was really wrong and unfair to me. I am a genuine person and I must warn you of all the rules of the house, if your behavior is not positive towards me I am forced to have to say it. But a correct and correct thing is written by you: you can't use the kitchen to prepare food but you can use the kitchen however you want. The situation was very unpleasant for me too, because your behavior with San Pietro b & b was very rude... The San Pietro b & b is a creature of mine and reading reviews of my guests is always very important for us because we can always learn. Reading your review we learned that you did not read our rules that are written here and that your behavior was really unfair. Because you didn't write the truth. we really hope that you have finished writing lies against the San Pietro b & b.
