Dear Mr. Robert, Greetings from Sands Suites Resort & Spa, a proud member of Preferred Hotels & Resort! We hereby thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. Thank you for your general opinion for the hotel location, our staff, the food and the rooms. We wish to inform you that every request of our hotel guests is dealt in a professional and efficient manner with high importance. However, the early check in is subject to availability based on the hotel occupancy on the specified date, as the hotel was nearly 98%, hence we were unable to attend to your request. To guarantee an early check in, it is subjected to an additional fee. We wish to inform you that out check in time is at 14h00 and the check-out time is at 12h00 (noon) but the housekeeping professionals are always on their toes to provide a high level of services to our guests thus make them feel like home away from home. According to our record, you arrived at 12h45 and you were escorted to your suite at 13h30. Time the room was vacated and prepared by our team. As all the taxis in Mauritius are licensed by the local authorities, hence the taxis fares are applied within the places and distances one visited excluding the waiting time.
