Das gesamte Team des Hotels ist von der ersten Sekunde, sobald man das Hotel betritt, bis zum Verlassen um einen bemüht. Man bekommt alles von Ihnen was man haben will und man fühlt sich einfach wohl und sehr gut aufgehoben. Speziell Desiree stand uns immer zur Seite und war jede Minute für uns erreichbar, ganz egal was wir benötigten. Ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend, kompetent, in einem Wort spitzenklasse, vielen Dank Desiree für diese Woche!!!
