Wir hatten die Villa mit eigenem Garten/Pool und waren absolut begeistert. Wunderschön und sehr groß. Allgemein ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr herzlich und freundlich. Es wird am Anfang eine Tour durch das Hotel, auch auf deutsch, angeboten die sehr informativ und hilfreich war. Gute Essensauswahl durch 3 verschiedene Restaurants und gutes All-in Angebot (große Getränkeauswahl). Wir haben einen kostenlosen Late Check-Out bekommen, das war sehr schön.
Alle sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich.
