Very friendly and welcoming check-in at the reception. Got an room upgrade to a really nice, huge room. Unfortunately no safe in the room. The cleaning was good but not very thoroughly overall (e.g. used glasses have been left in the room). The bed (or the matress I should say) was very, very soft. Unfortunately there was one girl at the reception desk one shift which was incredibly incompetent and unfriendly, which kind of ruined the atmoshere. Breakfast is ok, nothing special but rather average. Apart from the one unfriendly receptionist everybody else in the hotel was very friendly and their English was really well. Plenty of restaraunts around the corner (LEIB, and the SUSHI restaurant Silk were our favorite ones).
