Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und vom Flughafen Heathrow gut zu erreichen. Von Heathrow aus nimmt man am besten die Piccadilly-Line und steigt an der Underground-Station Russel-Square aus. Von dort sind es wenige Minuten zum Hotel. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man sehr schnell zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten in London. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist von seinem Angebot her überschaubar, es ist aber von allem reichlich vorhanden. Zu dem günstigen Preis in der zentralen Lage muss man wohl eine recht kleine Größe des Zimmers und vor allem auch des Bades akzeptieren. Die Sauberkeit ist zufriedenstellend.
