Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage am Meer. Das Zimmer hatte technische Mängel, die versucht wurden zu beheben hat aber nicht in allen Bereichen trotz Bemühungen funktioniert. Das Essen war in Ordnung nur gab es viele große Hunde die an den Tischen nach Essen gebettelt haben.

We’re truly sorry to hear that we didn’t fully meet your expectations, and we apologise for the issues you encountered during your stay. Please know that your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Regarding the technical issues in the room, please be assured that our housekeeping and maintenance teams conduct a thorough check prior to guest arrivals. However, we recognise that sometimes unforeseen issues may arise, and we regret that not all of them could be resolved during your stay. As for the stray dogs, we are actively working with local authorities and animal welfare organisations to help manage the population through a sterilisation programme. We also have a dedicated dog lounge, where the animals are cared for, fed, sterilised, and eventually adopted in partnership with a local NGO. While we strive to prevent them from approaching our guests, we are aware that some guests may inadvertently encourage them by feeding them, which can complicate our efforts. We are also sorry to hear that the food did not meet your expectations. We’re constantly working to improve our culinary offerings, and your feedback regarding the meals and selection will be reviewed closely by our team to ensure we offer a more refined dining experience moving forward.
