We’re truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, even though we’re pleased you appreciated the food and the actions taken by our team during your stay. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to face repeated issues with the hot water. Unfortunately, a technical failure required major maintenance intervention, and although resolved as quickly as possible, we acknowledge the discomfort it caused – and sincerely apologise for that. We’ve also taken note of your concerns regarding the room cleaning. While we do have established procedures in place, your observations show that we missed the mark. Please rest assured this has been addressed with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to prevent recurrence. Regarding the variety of the buffet, we do rotate our menu on a two-week cycle to offer more choice across longer stays, but we understand that this may not have fully met your expectations. Your comments have been shared with our Chef and food & beverage team, who are already working on fresh ideas to bring more diversity to the offering. Lastly, we regret the inconvenience caused by the noise from the neighbouring hotel and the cooler pool temperature – while our pools are not heated, they are naturally warmed by the Mauritian sun, but we completely understand this can feel different depending on the season.
