Aus DeutschlandUnsere Villa hat uns ganz gut gefallen. Die Anlage an sich leider nicht. Der Pool wurde so gut wie gar nicht gereinigt und war daher sehr dreckig. Sehr enttäuschend fanden wir das Essen. Trotz all inklusive sind wir irgendwann mit anderen Gästen in ein nahegelegenes Restaurant gegangen, weil es leider im Hotel immer die gleichen Speisen gab und das für 10 Tage nicht so toll war.

While I note that you liked the villa, I am disappointed that Tropical Attitude was not up to your expectations. For this, I sincerely apologise. The villa pool is cleaned once per day while the room cleaning is being done, while the main pool is cleaned 4 times a day. I have also taken good note of your feedback on our culinary offer, which I have also shared with our Executive Chef. I seize the opportunity to encourage our guests to voice out their feedback while being among us, thus enabling us time to turn around things if need be.
