Das Personal war durchweg zuvorkommend und hochprofessionell. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service von Audax, der nicht nur jeden Wunsch erfüllt, sondern viele Bedürfnisse bereits im Voraus erkannt hat – ein Detail, das die gesamte Erfahrung nochmals auf ein höheres Niveau gehoben hat. Man spürte deutlich, dass er genau wusste, worauf es ankommt, und sowohl Führungsqualitäten im Team als auch echte Exzellenz bewiesen hat.
