Sehr gute, sichere und erholsame Anlage mit überwiegend engagiertem Servicepersonal das gerne Dienstleistung mit Herzblut erbringt, wenn man es zulässt und auf die Menschen freundlich zugeht. Die Verpflegung / Getränke sind für meinen Geschmack sehr gut, lecker und von guter Qualität. Die Anlage ist groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Entertainment-/ Fitness-Programm sehr qualifiziert und ambitioniert. Das Hotel gewährt seit neuestem sogar einen geführten Blick hinter die Kulissen (z.B. Wäscheservice, Küche, ... - sehr sauber / organisiert!). Der Security-Service (ASK z.B. Hr. Samsung, blau / weiße Uniform) der Anlage, ist sehr engagiert, diskret unauffällig, ist aber sehr engagiert, offen bei direkter Ansprache. Der Meereszugang ist sehr flach und die Gehzeiten walten hier enorm. Das Wasser ist glasklar und sehr angenehm temperiert. Es gibt eine sehr schöne, große und zentrale Poolanlage mit gepflegten Sonnenliegen, großen Sonnenschirm und Beistelltisch, sowie eine etwas versteckte, ruhigere, aber kleinere Poolanlage mit gleichem Zubehör und vollem Service. Es sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten / Optimierungsoptionen, die das Urlaubserlebnis noch angenehmer machen könnten: z.B. optimierter Transfer (Airport<->Hotel), gelegentliche Stromausfälle (ggfs. an Taschenlampe 7 geladene Akku´´s denken), optimierter Check-In/-Out, optimierte Reiseleitung, Hilfestellung / Optionen gegenüber Gästen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität (viele Treppen, Absätze), klar erkennbare Hinweisschilder (kürzester Weg zur nächsten Sanitär- / WC-Räumlichkeit), fehlender ATM-Cash-Automat auf dem Gelände. Kurzum: ein sehr erholsamer, schöner Urlaub ... mir hat es an nichts gefehlt!
