Sehr schönes Hotel (beste in Sansibar), sehr gemütliche Zimmer und tolle grüne Anlage. Zwei Punkte zur Verbesserung: 1) viele (nicht alle) vom ServicePersonal verleihen den Eindruck, dass sie nur freundlich sind, um permanent Trinkgeld zu bekommen. 2) Massai am Strand bedrängen die Hotelgäste täglich ua wegen Geld, dadurch kein Wohlfühleffekt beim Baden im Meer (insbesondere schlimm bei Ebbe). Wir haben deshalb zb nie einen Strandspaziergang gemacht. Auch Sansibar ist grds sehr arm… Ausflüge von TUI/airtours sind sehr empfehlswert, um sich einen Eindruck über Land & Menschen vor Ort zu machen.

Regarding the Maasai on the beach, we acknowledge that their presence can sometimes be persistent, and this can affect the experience of our guests, especially during low tide.
