Schöne Anlage, guter Service durch sehr freundliches Personal, große Zimmer und gute Erreichbarkeit aller Angebote. Ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme am Pool, wobei die Auflagen ihre beste Zeit hinter sich hatten... Sehr schöner Strand, geschützt in einer angelegten Bucht, auch hier reichlich Liegen und Sonnenschutz, allerdings einige Entfernung zur Poolbar. Ein Besuch im "italienischen" Restaurant Casa Nostra war ernüchternd, der Salat Toscana und die Pizza Diabola hatten außer dem Namen nichts mit italienischer Küche gemein. Was mich geärgert hat, war eine 3,5-stündige Wartezeit nach Ankunft, bis das Zimmer beziehbar war. Natürlich steht in der Beschreibung, dass diese erst ab 15 Uhr zur Verfügung stehen, aber in keinem Urlaub zuvor war das Hotel nicht auf früher ankommende Gäste vorbereitet. Das zählt für mich zum Service, gerade bei einem Haus mit 5-Sterne-Klassifizierung. In Summe haben wir den Urlaub genossen und werden die Kapverden sicher noch einmal als Ziel wählen.
