Aus DeutschlandIch kann die Unterkunft nur englischen Urlaubern empfehlen weil alles auf sie abgestimmt ist. Das Hauptrestaurant ist unheimlich laut und schmutzig ( verursacht durch Engländer) Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, spricht aber leider kein Wort deutsch. Das Essen ist einfach nur langweilig und immer nur lauwarm. Ich denke, es sind maximal 3 Sterne im Restaurant. Die restliche Anlage bekommt 4 Sterne wegen der Sauberkeit. Der Strand ist soweit okay bis auf den etwas gefährlichen Bretterweg. Dort bitte echt aufpassen, sonst liegt man flach. Wasser ist klar und sauber ???? Besonders schön war es im Beach Restaurant und in der Poseidon Bar. Das Grillrestaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Im großen und ganzen war es aber ein schöner Urlaub mit Abzügen.

Please be advised that we welcome all nationalities in our hotel and kindly note that our members of staff are multilingual and many of them also speak German. We understand that communication is very important and we hope that you addressed this at the reception in order to be put in contact with our German speaking members of staff. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the food. We believe that we provide good quality and a wide variety of food to choose from, offering something to satisfy everybody’s taste. Please note regarding the food temperature that we follow and enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature.
