Das Personal in allen Bereichen des Hotels war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück kann man auf der Dachterasse einnehmen. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend groß. Die Lage ist optimal, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Zur Altstadt sind es etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder einfach die Metro nehmen.
