Regarding the cleaning of your room, we sincerely apologize for the delay. We strive to clean all occupied rooms before 3:00 PM. If a guest prefers their room to be cleaned in the morning, they are always welcome to let us know. As soon as we received your request, we immediately addressed it; however, you declined the service.
