Wir waren im April 2025 für 8 Tage im Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa. Unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut übertroffen. Der Transfer vom Flughafen in Male mit dem Wasserflugzeug war sehr gut organisiert. Der Empfang im Hotel äusserst professionell und freundlich. Unsere Beachvilla war hervorragend, direkt am Strand gelegen und immer sehr sauber. Ich würde keine Garden Villa buchen, diese befinden sich im Innern der Insel, ohne Meeranschluss (da geht schon viel vom Malediven-Feeling verloren). Wir assen meistens im Funama Restaurant. Der Service war immer sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Essen (Buffet) war hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Die Ausstattung des Funama hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch, dass man auf der Terrasse essen konnte. Euro-Divers Vilamendhoo empfanden wir als sehr professionelle Tauchbasis mit gutem Equipment und sehr professionellen und freundlichen Dive Instructors, die sich auch die Zeit für den Einzelnen nahmen. Die Tauchgänge konnten nach dem persönlichen Level gebucht werden und waren wunderschön. Die Besatzung der Tauchboote war äusserst freundlich und hilfreich. Eine wirklich hervorragende Tauchbasis!
