Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell schön, direkt am Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel. Aber: Die Klimaanlage stinkt vergammelt und muffig. Es gibt seit der Inselschließung keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme mehr, weder im, noch vor dem Hotel!! Und das macht den Strandurlaub fast unmöglich, denn es gibt nur minmimal Schatten von den Palmen und die Plätze sind begehrt... und dann nur mit einem Handtuch.. Sehr schade

We are sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations especially because of the newly implemented rules after the closure of Boracay a year ago. We have been committed in providing our guests a convenient holiday and this is the reason why despite the rules, we offer alternative options to our guests like beach mats for the beach.
