Dachterrasse ganz nett, öffnet aber erst um 9.00 Uhr. Poolbar öffnete erst um 11.30 Uhr. Ansonsten keine Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken oder Snacks zu kaufen. Zum Glück gibt es außerhalb kleine Läden. Fitnessstudio. Im Keller öffnete auch erst um 9.30 Uhr.,

However, please allow us to apologise for the quality of dinner. This is certainly not the impression we would like to leave. As such, we appreciate this being brought to our attention as it allows us to learn and improve our services. In fact, since your stay dinner is being cooked a la carte (to order) to avoid instances like the ones you encountered. With reference to your comments about the pool and gym opening times, yes this is 09.00 for both as by this time they would need to be prepared (such as cleaning the areas) for guest's use.
