War alles gut, entreissen Hundemutter 5 gesunde wohlgenaehrte Welpen, 5 wochen alt und toeten diese. Hundemutter sucht Jaulend ihre Jungen. Katzenfalle steht unmittelbar neben den Essbereich, Kitten sind ploetzlich spulos verschwunden, warscheinlich tot. Das obwohl keine Katze sich aufdringlich gezeigt hat auch die Hunde sind aeusserst distanziert. Welpen wurden nur entrissen weil Animateure diese aus dem Nest geholt haben. Der Hotelbesitzer weiss nicht wieviel freude und laecheln die Katzen seinen Gaesten auf das Gesicht zaubern, Tiere geben diesem Hotel erst eine Seele. Es war alles gut aber das hat mir den Urlaub vermiest. Ich werde keinesfals wiederkommen und kann auch keine gute Empfehlung abgeben. Ansonnsten war das Essen gut , die Bedienungen sind sehr fleissig und freundlich. Hut ab, was diese Tag taeglich leisten
Musste dreimal umziehen, in einem Zimmer ergoss sich wasser aus dem Kleiderschrank, meine Kleidung wurde nass, zwei Zimmer waren zu laut, Klimaanlage so schien es defekt. Das Letzte Zimmer war perfekt.

As we strive to provide exceptional service to all our valued guests, we are sorry to learn that you were disappointed about the puppies and cats situation in our hotel. These issue has already been addressed to the management and has investigated the matter for corrective measures. However, we would like to inform you that, since not all of our guests are extremely happy seeing cats around the area especially during meals, we at Kairaba Mirbat Resort has to take actions for health and hygiene purposes, to take away these cats where some guests are being disturbed and put them in other place. Kittens were kept by some of our colleagues and is taking care of them. Dog wise, as safety and security is our number one priority, we also have to take away not only the puppies but also the adult dogs and put them in other place where they can be more free as well as to give our guests a more relaxing and comfortable holiday experience, without having the fear of being attacked by the dogs. Puppies were taken away first (not killed) from the pool area site in the hope of not having the dogs to roam around the area where most of our guests are staying to relax (swimming pool area). We understand that you love the company of these animals but unfortunately, it wasn’t the case for the other guests. As much as we are taking care of our guests, we also love taking care of animals or pets like these but in a different place. We hope that you would understand our situation as a hospitality industry where safety and security is our top most priority in every situation.
