Dear Regina All hotel's departments are in operation until end of season. In case of rain , the open area departments are not in operation . These are: Pool Bar- Amphitheater- Boccia courts- playground. In case of strong rain the guests prefere to stay indoors, so they might not use the verandas of the Snack bar and of the main Restaurant, despite the fact that these Verandas have a roof. Thank you

Der Pool ist sehr toll und der Renner bei den Kindern. Leider ist das Wasser recht kalt. Nebenan ist ein Indoorpool, der ist wärmer.

Hello Andree Double rooms and Family rooms have a central air-condition system . Bungalows have an individually controlled unit per room. Thank you
