The Lodge - the perfect Guest-house for our one night stay in Swindon. 5 minutes with a Taxi from the Swindon Train station. Swindon is about one hour west of London Paddington on the train (or the Motorway) towards Bristol and Cardiff. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Lady had called me at home the day before to ask about our planned arrival time from London Heathrow Airport to assure that she would be there when we arrived in Swindon.
