We are in the city center, between Vatican, Sant'Angelo Castle, Tiber river and shopping streets, but silence and tranquility reign in our home "Vatican Area House". The space, for families, friends or couples who love comfortable ambiences, can accommodate up to 6 people. In the small Renaissance neighborhood "Borgo Pio", home of the "Lumsa" University, the streets tell the story of Rome, the "Eternal City". and host pubs, restaurants and grocery stores offering unforgettable culinary delights Guests have the entire apartment at their disposal. In the summer, the house welcomes you to cool rooms and in winter it embraces you with warmth. In the two bedrooms, the double and the triple, the light fills the space and cradles your relaxation while the sunny living room, invites to moments of sharing, leisure and work. Here the sofa bed looks at the smart TV or offers the repose of a double bed. In the two bathrooms, the shower waits to give you confort while the washing machine works. The kitchen invites to your favorite dishes and to our tradition, with quality ingredients bought in the neighborhood. We are in a building from the early 1900s without a lift, with 6 inhabited apartments inside, 2 per floor. We are on the 3rd floor. In response to Coronavirus - Covid 19, we have taken extra safety and hygiene measures and implementing further steps for cleaning and sanitizing. Check-in is by appointment starting at 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00 am especially if there are changes of guests on the same day, otherwise the times are more flexible. If you arrive earlier and if it is possible, from 11:00 you can leave your luggage in the house. There is a fee of € 30 for the person who will take care of the check-in after 9.00 pm Inform us in advance of your arrival and departure times and if possible contact us as soon as you arrive in Rome, so that we can be both punctual at the check-in appointment BEDS : usually for 2 guests we prepare 1 queen size bed. For 3 and 4 guests 2 queen size beds. For the 5°guest the single bed and for the 6°guest the sofa bed. If you wish to sleep separately, make the request in advance to prepare the extra beds accordingly. Extra costs related to laundry of linen will be applied : €10.00 for each extra bed for the entire stay. TRANSFERS: On request we book private transfers with driver to/from the airports. We do not have private parking but along the streets near the building there are free parking and others for a fee. At 130 meters a guarded garage for a fee. At your disposal for further information. Some small rules if you choose to be our guests: Be careful not to disturb other neighbors with noise inside the house and in the condominium spaces, especially during the night. Always make sure to turn off the lights, the air conditioning and all the appliances every time you leave and at your departure. Be careful not to obstruct the water drainage pipes. Leave the dishes used for cooking and eating washed and throw the waste in the appropriate containers outside the building. Waste collection is differentiated. Our wish is to ensure a warm and pleasant welcome to our guests and to offer moments of relaxation in a nice, comfortable and clean space. We would like our guests to respect the order and cleanliness they will find.

Located in the characteristic "Rione Borgo Pio", a small and ancient neighborhood popular with Romans and tourists. 4 small parallel alleys : Borgo Vittorio, Borgo Pio, Borgo Sant'Angelo and Borgo Angelico that run close to the historic "Passetto", an elevated pedestrian walkway about 800 meters long that connects the Vatican with Castel Sant'Angelo. Crossing the "Passetto di Borgo", Popes could refuge inside the Castle in case of danger and at the same time controlled the district. Fantastic and suggestive corners, historic buildings, squares with wonderful fountains. There are still some old artisans, among the many local restaurants, pizzerias, bar, pub that offer a pleasant daytime and nighttime hospitality. There are also supermarkets and grocery stores as well as shopping areas. In 10 minutes of walk from "Borgo", as Romans call it, “Via Cola di Rienzo”, a very trendy shopping avenue, perfect for shopping, walking and stopping along the way for a tea or a beer. "Lumsa" University is 100 meters away. Between the Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo, thanks to his strategic location, is possible to walk to all the main attractions of the Eternal City. “Ottaviano” metro station is just a few minutes away, as are the buses stops and the shuttle stop for the airports. 8 minutes by subway to reach "Termini" train station and from here by train the airport "Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci" and by bus the airport "Ciampino" . At 30 km - "Ciampino" Airport (50 minutes drive). At 25 km - "Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci" Airport (45 minutes drive).
