Dear Birgitt, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions following your recent stay at Aqua Blu Boutique Hotel + Spa. We are pleased to know that you appreciated the professionalism of our team, the care of our beach, and the convenience of our location near Kos Town. It is, however, surprising to read some of your comments post-departure, as we were not made aware of these concerns during your stay. Please know that we would have been more than happy to assist in relocating you to a room more aligned with your preferences, had we been given the opportunity. Regarding your feedback on the breakfast, we offer a combination of à la carte dishes and a varied buffet selection, carefully curated with high-quality local and international products. We would greatly appreciate it if you could share more specifically what you found lacking, or if there was something you requested that we were unable to provide, so that we may better understand and continue to refine our offering. Your observations on the room and dining furniture have also been noted. We continuously invest in the upkeep and design of our spaces and will consider your input as we look ahead to future enhancements.
