Aus DeutschlandDie Unterkunft war sauber und schön laut Prospekt vier Pool Anlagen leider waren nur zwei nutzbar, Privatpool. Die liegen am Pool super gemütlich in ausreichender Stückzahl. Leider wird auf Provisionsbasis gearbeitet daher Streit unter den Hotelangestellten(spa), Elena war zickig! Flasche Wasser am Tisch nur für Geld erhältlich, trotz all in+, Cocktail nach 23 Uhr haben auch etwas gekostet, sehr beschränkte Auswahl der kostenlosem Cocktails. Schöne Abend Shows keine aufdringlichen Animateure. Nur eine Poolbar, daher auch lange Wartezeiten. Klimaanlage im Zimmer mega. Der Weg zum Strand länger als gedacht und aufgrund der Straße recht gefährlich, Shuttle Services alle drei Stunden hin und Rückfahrt daher war es nicht möglich zum Mittagessen per Shuttle Services ins Hotel zu kommen.

Our hotel features four swimming pools: two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and one exclusive pool for Sensus Experience guests. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated at check-in. Regarding the incident involving Elena and the Spa, we take such matters seriously. Please provide us with more details so we can thoroughly investigate and address the issue, as it does not reflect our usual service standards. We offer complimentary drinking water by the glass at our restaurant and pool bar. Bottled water incurs an additional charge, which is standard practice at most hotels in Greece. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the evening entertainment and the amenities in your room. The beach is approximately 600 meters from the hotel, and we provide a beach shuttle service four times a day, including one at 12:30 pm to align with our lunch buffet. We also offer a lunch basket if requested in advance for your convenience. Our guest relations team is dedicated to addressing all guest needs and queries to ensure a pleasant stay.
